We have all passed the Washington State Mortgage Broker’s Exam, a more stringent test than the proposed Loan Originator’s Exam. We will examine all possible ways to help you achieve your goals.
We will stand behind our Good Faith Estimates, and guarantee that the total costs quoted at the beginning of your loan will not exceed the amount you see when you sign your loan*. Good Faith Estimates will always be based on 30 day locks, unless otherwise specified, and can only be provided when a complete application has been taken.
We promise to explain your loan options clearly, and we will always take the time to make sure that you completely understand the loan you ultimately choose. We believe that having the right loan, with the right terms for your situation is actually more important than trying to achieve the lowest possible rate. Guarantee Fine Print!
The guarantee excludes prepaid interest, taxes and insurance. The guarantee does cover 3rd party fees, which are originally best estimates. Some fees may be higher and others lower than estimated, but the aggregate of all fees will not exceed our quote. Additionally, if the loan requires lock extensions due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the loan officer, the borrower may be required to pay for those extensions.
